How to Book

 The Main Hall is 18m x 12m and can be used for a wide range of activities including: a full size badminton court (or two half size courts), short mat bowls, dancing, keep fit, yoga, discos, dances, parent & toddler groups, private functions and weddings. It has a fire licence for up to 150 people. It has large glass doors opening onto a patio suitable for al fresco dining and BBQs. 

 The Edwards Room is suitable for meetings of up to 40 people, including business seminars or training meetings. It has direct access to the kitchen and to the full bar facilities. 

 The Broadleaze Bar is a fully equipped licensed bar, with seating, tables, a skittle alley, pool table and darts board. This facility is open regularly during the week for public use but may also be hired at other times. 

 The facilities include a fully equipped large kitchen with caterer's dishwasher and crockery.  The kitchen may be used free of charge by hirers of the Main Hall, Edwards Room or Bar for making hot drinks. Use of the cookers, dishwasher, crockery etc will incur a charge.

 CVH is set in its own large grounds, known as the Broadleaze  Meadow Playing Fields .  On the fields are a memorial garden, two tennis courts, a full-size football pitch and a children's playground.  The main field is open to use by the community but may also be hired out in full or part for commercial or private hire.  See the link to Terms & Conditions of Hire for more details, plus the Codford Tennis Club link for details about use of the courts and activities organised by the Club.  

 There are facilities to accommodate two teams separately, each with showers and toilets, plus facilities for a Referee.  The Changing Rooms  allow access to toilets without going into the Hall and can be booked for any activity on the fields, such as fetes, parties, events or caravan camping.  Use of the changing rooms is included in hiring of the playing fields.
