Broadleaze Meadow Playing Fields

Codford is blessed with such a large facility at the centre of our village.  It is important to ensure that the grounds stay in good condition and the comfort and safety of those using them is protected. The following summarise the rules in place for use of the Broadleaze Meadow Playing Fields.

Codford Parishioners and their Guests are welcome to:

•Allow children to use the playpark 

•For small groups to play ball games 

•Play tennis (see conditions posted on the court)  

The following require permission:

•Driving vehicles onto the fields 

•Playing organised team sports 

•Playing tennis tournaments 

•Holding a party 

•Playing loud music 

•Holding a barbeque 

•Trading 

•The consumption of alcohol not bought from the Codford Broadleaze Bar 

•Erecting tentage or staying overnight 

It is not permitted to:

•Exercise animals on the fields

•Practice golf

•Spoil the enjoyment of others

•Cause damage 

•Undertake any illegal activity
