On 2 May 2024, Codford Village Hall was registered as a new Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The new CIO's constitution replaced the Conveyance and Charity Trust Deed of 1949. The new constitution modernises the Charity's governance arrangements, in line with Charity Commission best-practice, but very much echoes the principles and intent of the original founders of the Charity, retaining at its core the provision of support to the Community of Codford and the surrounding area.
